Company History

Owner and President, Craig Meschke started Meschke Construction, Inc. on August 1st, 1998 with one goal in mind - he wanted to start a company that truly cares about its customers. He was dissatisfied with the poor service he was receiving and wanted to make a difference. Craig worked for years, alone, building a large client base; all while providing his customers the excellent service they deserve.

PRESENT TIME

Fast forward 20+ years, the company has proudly grown to 10+ employees and has expanded into Craig's immediate family by working alongside his wife and sons.

Meschke Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated company, whose purpose in business is to provide comfortable and confident solutions for our customers’ home installation and restoration needs. We strive to improve the quality of life for our clients and our employees.

At Meschke Construction, we take pride in expressing our gratitude to our dedicated employees for their commitment and hard work day after day. Each year, during our company Christmas Party, we have the privilege of bestowing the Top Sales Performance Award and the Top Production Performance Award to deserving individuals.

In 2022, we introduced the Meschke Construction Integrity Award, designed to recognize those who embody our core values, consistently exceed expectations in their roles, and make significant contributions toward achieving our company objectives.
